Assess. Design. Implement. Support.
One process, one team from diagnosis to delivery. Most of our time is spent where most consultancies stop: making the change happen inside your business.

Assess.
Understand the business, its challenges and its goals.
- Discovery call to agree the questions the assessment must answer
- Interviews with the owner, leadership and key staff
- Review of documents, structure, workflows, costs and systems
- A written diagnosis with priorities, risks and a recommended scope
The assessment is a paid, standalone piece of work. You own the findings whether or not Kore. delivers what follows.
Request an assessment

Implement.
Execute the plan with hands-on support.
- Kore. team working inside the business
- Recruitment, onboarding and training delivered
- Documents rolled out, systems configured, managers supported
- Weekly progress reporting against the plan

Support.
Ensure sustainability through ongoing or project-based support.
- Reviews at thirty, sixty and ninety days
- Fractional HR or operations retainers where useful
- Handover documentation and internal ownership
- Adjustments as the business changes
What happens after you call.
Five steps from first conversation to an implementation plan. You decide at each one whether to continue.
A consultation call.
Thirty to forty-five minutes to understand the business, what is not working and what a good outcome looks like.
About the assessment.
Why is the assessment paid?
Because it is real work: interviews, document review and a written diagnosis. Paying for it keeps the findings independent and gives you something of value even if you do not proceed.
How long does an assessment take?
Typically one to three weeks, depending on the size of the company and the scope agreed at the discovery call.
Do we have to use Kore. for implementation?
No. Many clients do, because the team that diagnosed the problem is best placed to fix it, but the assessment stands on its own.
Can we start with one service?
Yes. Most clients start with one priority, such as recruitment or HR set-up, and add others when the first is working.
