Who we are
Kore. is an HR, recruitment and business operations consultancy based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any privacy question, contact Farah@kore-hr.com.
What we collect
When you request a consultation we collect your name, role, company, business email, phone number, company size, the service you are interested in, your message and any preferred call time. We also collect technical data needed to operate the site securely, such as IP address and browser type.
Why we use it
To respond to your request, arrange and prepare for a consultation, provide our services, and keep records of our business correspondence. If you opt in, we also send occasional insights by email, which you can stop at any time.
Legal basis
We process your data with your consent, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and for our legitimate business interests, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Who can see it
Your data is accessible only to the Kore. team members who need it. It is stored in Microsoft 365 services and our hosting provider, who act on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we enter into an engagement, in which case it is kept for the duration required by law and contract.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to processing, by emailing Farah@kore-hr.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site runs on HTTPS. Forms are validated and rate limited, and submissions are sent server side so no access keys are exposed in the browser.
