What we collect
Your name, contact details, location, LinkedIn profile, CV, work history, availability, salary expectations and any information you include in your application.
Why we use it
To assess your suitability for the role you applied for, or for future roles if you submitted a general CV, and to contact you about your application.
Sharing with employers
Where a vacancy belongs to a Kore. client, we share your profile with that employer only once you are shortlisted for that role. For confidential vacancies we tell you the employer’s name before your details are shared.
Where your CV is stored
CVs are stored in a private area that is not publicly accessible, available only to authorised members of the Kore. recruitment team. Notification copies are kept in Kore.’s Microsoft 365 account.
How long we keep it
Applications are kept for 12 months after the role closes, or 24 months for general CV submissions, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw from consideration at any time, by emailing Farah@kore-hr.com with the subject “Candidate data request”.
